As Domestic Move Coordinator, you will support scheduling, tracking, and client communication throughout the whole moving process. Your goal is to make sure that every client has a positive moving experience.
Domestic Move Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Finishing all data entry and accompanying paperwork required for each job, including compliance documents.
- Arranging each project in accordance with client needs and operational capabilities.
- Handling domestic moves inside the US and OA/DA Coordinating.
- Guaranteeing a flawless customer experience by interacting frequently and proactively with the client, sales, and operations teams.
- Verifying the accuracy of documents by reviewing information and final costs.
- Accurately entering all necessary data into sector-specific tracking and software programmes.
- Handling numerous office responsibilities and tasks at the branch location.
Domestic Move Coordinator Requirements:
- Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of move coordination and scheduling transportation.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- The capacity for time management and multitasking.
- The ability to keep and accurately record client information, service requests, and service adjustments.
