Alchemy is partnering with one of the largest and most successful fine art logistics organisations, in their search for Paris based Art Technician and Drivers.

Duties:

• In charge of delivering and setting up various artwork in galleries, museums, private residences, and art festival venues.
• Carrying out tasks with the utmost skill, safety, and conformity to the demands of our clients.
• Make sure the correct tools are utilised to transport and install artworks safely to the specified destination/location.
• Follow all best practices and safety instructions and procedures, including all technical processes as well as paperwork.
• When necessary, coordinate with the proper staff to guarantee delivery-related communication is regularly updated.
• Carry out the appropriate maintenance of the fleet cars to reduce and damage.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, particularly those governing speed, defensive driving, and tacho usage.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations set forth by the company, including the use of PPE and safety gear on the company’s and client’s property.
• Participate in appropriate company training as necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with art handling or installations, working in a gallery, museum or art shipping company is advantageous.
• Clean, valid driving license.
• Significant experience with professional/semi-professional driving is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are vital.
• Excellent punctuality and problem-solving skills.
