The ESG Manager (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is responsible for owning and driving the ESG agenda as prioritised as a key Strategic Road Map for the firm.
The ESG manager will reporting into c-suite leadership, to ensure ESG goals are achieved.
The core responsibility is to take the lead in driving ESG initiatives with the primary focus on the environmental aspect, which include:
- Setting ambitious goals for ESG initiatives, including clear milestones and plans for delivering against those goals
- Driving improvements (reduction of carbon footprint) with operations globally
- Reporting, including the United Nations Global Compact reporting
- Engaging with FIDI as regards their ESG initiative to see how the firm can benefit from or leverage such initiative internally and externally
- Working with each Line of Business to develop “green products and services”
- Working with Procurement to develop ESG requirements and audits with suppliers
- Keep fully up to date with competitors and industry best practice
- Assist in responding to ESG questions in RFPs
- Assist in ESG Audits from/reporting to clients
- Support marketing efforts in profiling our ESG commitments and achievements
- Experience in the Moving, Relocation, HR, Global Mobility or Logistics Sector is preferred (but not essential )
- Extensive experience of leading and driving through the ESG strategy/agenda in comparable organisations (e.g., Relocation and Logistics)
- Proven project and change management experience
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication skills, innovative and creative thinking
- International experience, working with a diverse variety of cultures
