Our client is looking for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail who will take ownership of the administrative tasks involved in the running of the marketplace. You will assist with onboarding partners, creating basic reports and accelerating the growth of the marketplace. You will also liaise with external partners and relay relevant data information to stakeholders.
Hybrid working is offered with a minimum of 2 days per week spent in the London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow with the business.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Aiding international partners with the creation of their listings
- Verifying that partners are adhering to the set protocol
- Giving suggestions for copies of listings
- Contacting customers to advise them of our services on offer
- Updating currency rates on back-end of the Marketplace
- Monitoring the performance of listings on the Marketplace
- Compiling reports from Marketplace data
- Distributing agreements to partners
- Assisting with the creation of Marketplace assets
The ideal candidate:
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and take accountability for your work
- Experience with operating back-end systems
- Willing to increase and grow your knowledge of the moving industry
- Confident communicating processes to external partners
- Happy to contribute suggestions and ideas on how to improve processes
- Strong IT knowledge (Microsoft Office)
