Responsibilities:
- Promote the best of our Rewards Solutions expertise.
- Merging our Executive Compensation Consulting, Equity Services, and Corporate Governance Services into one offering,
- This is a commercially oriented position that involves frequent contact with the senior leadership team of the client and direct client and prospect engagement.
- Create and implement a marketing plan for a combined executive compensation product that also focuses on governance services and equity compensation.
- Work closely with the UK team's practise leaders to develop a comprehensive product for the market.
- Maintain a strong network to create chances for the UK team, which is specialised in the providing of comprehensive executive compensation.
- Establish and sustain connections with internal and external partners.
- Drive innovation throughout our comprehensive executive compensation offering.
- Create chances for the UK technical teams to take advantage of with diverse companies.
- Follow through with the marketing plan for the all-inclusive executive compensation product.
- Previous experience within a compensation role, preferably in executive, equity compensation, and corporate governance.
- Ability to work well with other team members within a fast-paced environment.
- Able to bring forward perceptive questions to find and implement the ideal strategy to correctly address a client’s issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written for interactions both with colleagues and clients.
- Flexibility to work well within difficult situations.
