The perfect candidate will be passionate about contemporary design and have a background in sales, client liaison and all corresponding administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the gallery director with sales support and meeting targets.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Expand network with potential clients, increasing client outreach alongside the communications team.
- Contribute and develop the sales pipeline.
- Arranging and carrying out client-development excursions.
- Create a sales strategy that deals with upcoming fairs and exhibitions, having a proactive client outreach.
- Proactively suggest artists, artwork, and exhibition ideas.
- Communicating with the designers about the creation of new items
- Support the Director with the curation of new collections and shows.
- To investigate and keep up to date with the whole gallery inventory, as well as to assist in the coordination and maintenance of the inventory database.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a luxury, gallery or design organisation.
- Strong sales and client relationship skills and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
