We are working with an International Art Transport and Storage company based in London.
The ideal candidate would have previous Fine Art Storage, Shipping and Client Management.
Responsibilities:
- Independently identify the needs of each individual client
- Using internal inhouse systems to track all required services, whilst liaising with both the client and the service departments to ensure tasks are completed to a high-quality standard
- Manage the delivery schedule and any changes ensuring all parties are kept up to date
- Simultaneously manage a variety of files and external suppliers
- Administrative tasks such as providing reports on activity when requested
- Ensuring company policies are always adhered to
- Occasionally visit clients to develop relationships and review client satisfaction
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience or experience in a logistics position
- Have exceptional knowledge of UK transport routes, including road, air, and sea
- Previous experience in managing projects, the end-to-end delivery of services
- Show confidence with stakeholder’s management of client relationships
- Ability to show good attention to detail, work to tight deadlines and prioritising workload
- Show the ability to maintain clean and concise records, filing and monitoring systems
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with both Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) and have excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Anticipate and troubleshoot any problems that may occur
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external staff
- Work alongside colleagues, customers, and suppliers to resolve any security issues and escalate further when necessary
