Responsibilities:
- Tracking progress and creating task assignment plans as necessary.
- Maintaining sufficient workforce levels while assigning workers and resources to accommodate the needs of the removal company.
- Examples of interpretation include interpreting new relocations, distributing responsibilities, and creating or altering work processes to meet production schedules.
- Enforcing safety regulations and business policies.
- Driver and porter hiring.
- Performance reviews must be completed in conformity with business policies.
- Assist with the certification of drivers.
- Assisting the Operations Manager in managing the branch's safety and training programmes.
- Overcoming obstacles in work, lending a hand to others, and performing analysis.
- Company policies that comply with DOT regulations are being examined and upheld.
- Inspection of warehouses to confirm compliance with federal regulations and industry norms.
Requirements:
- The ideal applicant must have prior managerial expertise in the removal or relocation industry.
- Previous experience working in the international market is preferred.
- The capacity to deal with disruptions on a regular basis and adjust to variations in workload and work schedule.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
