A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Global Assignment Management Consultant who is fluent in French to join an introductory leading relocation management company.

You’ll be responsible for managing international relocation services for corporate assignees and their families serving as the main point of contact throughout their relocation.

Hybrid working (in office and remote) is available.
 
Key Duties of the Global Assignment Management Consultant role include:

  • Initiate and conduct assignee needs assessments and deliver assignment briefings
  • Manage and maintain case files of assignees, ensuring excellent levels of service delivery
  • Support and assist the wider Assignment Management team with assignee case management  
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of client global mobility policies and manage policies as required
  • Ensure client and assignee satisfaction by always going above and beyond in performance and service
  • Be reactive when responding to client and assignee requests 
  • Support the global mobility manager as required and participate in client meetings 
  • Flag and support client escalations and ensure client program developments are communicated
  • Identify expense overruns to the account manager and action as needed
  • Foster professional relationships with clients, assignees, and their families
  • Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions on how to change process and procedure
  • Maintain records and data compliantly, ensuring client records are reactively updated once updates are received

 
Skills and experience required:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of international assignments, global mobility, and relocation
  • Excellent relocation case management ability
  • Proven ability to identify areas for change and improvement
  • Cultural awareness and empathy
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Great time-keeping ability, capable of handling and managing stressful situations
  • A positive mindset with a can-do mentality
  • Outstanding verbal skills and good numerical skills
