Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaising with the assignee to provide them with extensive pre-assignment policy counselling, ensuring they have a solid understanding and clear expectations of the process
- Maintain contact with the assignee throughout the international assignment lifecycle, proactively solving any issues and answering and questions
- Provide advice and guidance on key International Assignment areas such as Tax; Payroll; Immigration; Benefits / Compensation; and assignment costs
- Work closely with HR and decision makers to set expectations and create any new Global Mobility policies and amendments as required
- Collecting and presenting account feedback on products, service delivery, operational processes and issues disrupting client goals
- Ensure that client needs are met in a timely efficient manner through delivery of excellent service
- 6 years + experience working in client facing Global Mobility roles
- Exceptional knowledge of International Assignment policies and programs
- Ability to serve as mobility subject matter expert partnering with a high touch global client
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- Ability to think and work strategically and make decisions as well as influence key decision makers
- Natural ability to problem solve
