This position offers full-time remote working from home.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Provide a quality global mobility concierge service, serving as the primary point of contact
- Coordinate the delivery of all family relocation services through continuous communication
- Manage the international relocation process for assignees and their families from start to finish and educate them on costs, taxes, timeframes, and service choices
- Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend process improvements as required
- Exceeding customer service expectations relating to international assignment services
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the key stakeholder and decision makers
- Understand and implement client's ethos and mobility philosophy in order to build customers’ loyalty
What we are looking for?:
- At least 2 years’ experience in International Relocation / Global Mobility / Assignment Management
- A proactive self-starter
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills to build long lasting relationships with clients
- Highly organised in the fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- Ability and confidence to quickly learn new software packages
