What the Global Mobility Manager Role Offers:

Responsibilities of the Global Mobility Manager Role:

  • Lead a team of Global Mobility Advisors who provide comprehensive international assignment services, ensuring an outstanding end-user experience.
  • Directly oversee and manage relocation cases for senior executives and VIP assignees.
  • Communicate fluently in both French and English with VIP assignees and HR contacts.
  • Supervise the delivery of HR and global mobility services, including assignment policies, relocations, assignee briefings, and visa and immigration processes.
  • Act as the Global Mobility expert and main point of reference for questions about client global mobility policies.
  • Train, mentor, and develop the international assignment services team.
  • Collaborate with other Managers and key stakeholders to provide an optimal client experience.
  • Oversee client engagement, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Work closely with HR and Shared Services teams to review and manage processes and procedures.
  • Ensure relocations are billed accurately and punctually.
  • Align the team with the organization's mission, goals, and values.
  • Manage the global mobility department's objectives regarding KPIs and overall service delivery experience.
  • Support global projects and process improvements.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting global RFP responses.

Requirements of the Global Mobility Role:

  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.
  • Significant work experience in International Mobility, Assignment Management, and Relocation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of International Mobility processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and mentor staff.
  • Prior experience in team leadership, management, or supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Capability to ensure the global mobility team meets relocation project deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and other global mobility technology systems.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Project management experience.
