The GRS will manage end to end global mobility and relocation coordination for the region. You will work directly with employees and key stakeholders during the relocation phase to ensure success.
Main duties include explaining the relocation policy and allowances and initiating relocation services.
Key responsibilities of the Global Relocation Specialist:
- Work as the specialist for Global Mobility and Relocation processes
- Deliver assignee relocating briefings
- Manage international assignments
- Handling challenging moves and policies
- Managing a high-volume relocation caseload
- Act as the main point of contact
- Coordinate the delivery of moving and relocation services
- Provide ongoing support throughout the Relocation life cycle
- Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to resolve issues
- Help to develop global mobility services
- Work with the expense team to ensure relocation benefit allowance
- Provide household goods shipping coordination as required
- Handle required customs for household goods moves
- Track household goods shipments
- Provide coordination support during relocation policy briefings, move-in, packing and delivery
- Coordination with destination service providers (DSP) and arrange services
Skills and experience required:
- Fluency in English and German
- Excellent relocation, moving and global mobility knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
