This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with prior experience working within the Big4 (or similar) to join a dedicated team of experts delivering world-class tax and reward services to international clients. The ideal professional will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in global taxation, executive compensation, and benefits.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive global tax, reward, and HR-related services as part of a high-performing, multi-disciplinary global reward services team.
  • Build and develop meaningful senior-level client relationships, providing operational and strategic insights tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee the financial and risk aspects of engagements, including billing, budget management, and scope alignment.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
  • Develop tax strategies and practical recommendations for clients while driving new service opportunities.
  • Encourage collaboration across service lines to enhance client service offerings and business growth.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members through delegation, training, and career-building opportunities.
  • Provide expertise in global mobility tax, compensation and equity taxation, and reward structures.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and global employment tax regulations and best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and innovate within engagements to deliver added value to clients.



Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of seven years of recent experience in taxation, global rewards, or related fields.
  • Prior experience working in Tax within a Big4 or similar firm.
  • Have excellent knowledge of global taxation, equity compensation, and executive reward structures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Holds a professional certification; CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or other relevant such as CEBS, CCP, CPP.
  • Proven experience managing large client engagements and leading service delivery teams.
