We are partnering with a Hospitality specialist, who is looking to hire an experienced full-time Guest Services Manager who thrives on putting the guests first with outstanding experiences whilst managing a small team.
The role will involve working in a very fast-paced corporate environment.
Duties and Responsibilities include;
- Creating all lines of communication with guests
- Management of staff
- Budgets and reports
- Resolve any guest issues and complaints
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service at all times
- Further duties as and when required
- Exceptional outlook and positive, professional attitude
- Previous management experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in all Microsoft packages
- Have the ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- A passion for putting the customer first
