Are you experienced in Guest Services Management?

We are partnering with a Hospitality specialist, who is looking to hire an experienced full-time Guest Services Manager who thrives on putting the guests first with outstanding experiences whilst managing a small team.
 
The role will involve working in a very fast-paced corporate environment.
 
Duties and Responsibilities include;
  • Creating all lines of communication with guests
  • Management of staff 
  • Budgets and reports 
  • Resolve any guest issues and complaints
  • Deliver outstanding Customer Service at all times
  • Further duties as and when required
Requirements;
  • Exceptional outlook and positive, professional attitude
  • Previous management experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in all Microsoft  packages
  • Have the ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • A passion for putting the customer first
