The Administrator will support the moving team with day to day administration duties and assisting with coordination of HHG moving services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going administrative support to the moving team.
- Accurately recording and updating CRM Data
- Diary management and providing cover for staff that are out of the office.
- Assist with preparing documents and files for each stage of the moving process.
- Administrative support for the Sales Director
- Scheduling calendar invites as requested
- Provide on-going administrative support to the moving team
- Experience working in an office-based role handling administration and customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent IT skills using Microsoft suite (Word and Outlook)
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
