Main Responsibilities:
- Review HR & Global Mobility policies and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure compliance and achieve talent mobility goals
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of Global Mobility services including Relocation & Immigration providers
- Roll out HR & Global Mobility policy changes within the business in North America, providing advice and answering any questions
- Oversee the delivery of Global Mobility services to employees, making suggestions and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stay up to date on HR laws and regulations, ensuring policies are in line and compliant
- Review cost estimates, balance sheets and assignment documentation
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) & Global Mobility / International Mobility / Assignment Services
- Experience writing and implementing HR & Global Mobility policies
- Managed the Global Mobility process on behalf of employees
- Excellent vendor management experience required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
