This individual will have a background in Human Resources, Employee Relationship Management and Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will ideally have been involved within system implementation, enhancing HR infrastructure and company compensation/reward.
Key Duties:
- Provide high quality Human Resources support and services to employees across the UK and Europe
- Oversee and mentor colleagues within the UK and Europe HR team.
- Work closely with global HR colleagues to streamline HR infrastructure across the business
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives within the business
- Manage recruitment for the UK and Europe, supporting HR Coordinators with marketing, advertising, and onboarding
- Oversee employee training, inductions and payroll set up
- Continuously review company salary, bonus, and benefit structures. Conducting market research and adapting accordingly
- Utilise and expand your knowledge on UK and EU Employment Laws, and other related government laws and legislations
- Provide support with employee related issues
- Ensure all HR related matters comply with company policy and culture
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and analysis in conjunction with budgets
- Provide contributions to all HR strategies, and development plans
- Previous experience in Human Resources roles, up to senior level
- CIPD qualified or part-qualified
- Excellent knowledge of UK and EU Employment Law
- Ability to work independently, and with other members of the HR team
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Experience of managing HR projects and policies from start to finish is desirable
- Ability to analyse and identify HR issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Previous experience working within the art industry or creative/ luxury industry is required
