Responsibilities:
- Review HR procedures and regulations, offering suggestions for improvement
- Develop and maintain policies for all HR procedures
- Establish strong relationships internally, ensuring changes to HR policies is communicated throughout the business
- To guarantee compliance with local laws, review and update HR policies as required
- Liaise with third party providers including Global Mobility, Relocation, and Immigration, ensuring excellent communication with vendors and assignees
- Assess and monitor Global Mobility & International Assignment requests, tracking process and ensuring compliance
- Work closely with HR & leadership teams and suppliers to develop and implement HR & Global Mobility policies
- Deliver high levels of service throughout the Global Mobility & International Assignment process
- Provide advice to internal teams with regards to Global Mobility processes and policies
Skills:
- 4+ years experience working in Human Resources is essential, exposure to Global Mobility preferred
- Prior experience writing and improving HR policies
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
- IT skills essential, proficient user of MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to strict deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree
