The ITGBL International Move Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating household goods via both air and sea for employees of US Department of State ITGBL.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international household goods moves on behalf of corporate clients
- Coordinate domestic moving and household goods relations on a global basis
- Handle ocean freight and airfreight transport
- Act as the point of contact liaising with both the transferee and the US State Department counselor
- Generate all required documentation for shipments
- Negotiate pricing with vendors on a global basis
- Arrange all relocation bookings with truckers, forwarders, agents, and brokers etc. to provide a smooth professional move to the customer
- Handle household goods cargo
- Provide quotation and calculation of pricing to clients and customers
- Maintain data in database for shipment tracking
- Process invoices for household goods
Key Requirements:
- Around 2+ years ITGBL Household goods moving experience
- Experience working for a Moving or Relocation provider, with a good understanding of US Domestic/International moves
- ITGBL experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
