Immigration Coordinator – Field Based

Role Overview:

As a Field Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for government liaison and field-based immigration matters. Reporting to the Thailand Immigration Services Team Lead, you will expertly handle immigration applications and act as a facilitator between government officers and applicants. Your expertise will complement the office-based Immigration Services Consultant, ensuring high client satisfaction and the smooth execution of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage government liaison and field-based immigration aspects of day-to-day casework, ensuring high quality, compliant, and exceptional execution.
• Provide compliant and practical advice to address immigration inquiries.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes in Thailand immigration to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
• Adhere to data integrity, security, and protection standards as per internal policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to process receipts for billing purposes.
• Offer support to Immigration Services Consultants, Team Lead, and other practice leaders.

Skills & Attributes:

• At least 1 year of experience within Thailand field-based immigration.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong Immigration knowledge, with experience working closely with governments and embassies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly establish professional rapport with government officers, applicants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
• Successful at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Able to problem solve and think outside the box.
