Responsibilities:
- Follow up on in-bound leads with an aim to convert these into new booked business.
- Build and maintain client relationship.
- Responsible for ad-hoc enquiries which can involve some freight enquiries.
- Dealing with both existing clients and prospects
- Working closely with sales department to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Following through sales leads and negotiating with overseas agents and suppliers
- Experience working within the Freight Forwarding industry
- Shipping experience
- Experience selling services to importers
- Experience handling cold calls
- Capable of calculating costs and quotes
- Knowledge of Multi freight system
- Good customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.
