Responsibilities:
- Follow up on in-bound leads with an aim to convert these into new booked business.
- Build and maintain client relationship.
- Responsible for ad-hoc enquiries which can involve some sea and air freight enquiries
- Dealing with both existing clients and prospects
- Working closely with sales department to ensure customer requirements are met
- Ensure CRM system is kept up to date
- Following through sales leads and negotiating with overseas agents and suppliers
Requirements:
- A good understanding of Sea FCL / LCL, Road and air freight - Import and Export
- Capable of calculating costs and quotes
- Good customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient
- Proven sales experience within Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Industry
