This individual will be responsible for building and developing existing client relationships and maximize business potential and calculate Air, Road, and Sea freight quotations.
- To maximize potential, the chosen candidate will actively cultivate and expand upon current customer relationships while working in a team of five.
- Managing current customer accounts
- Revitalising dormant or existing client accounts
- Creating and computing freight quotes;
- Ensuring fast completion of the quotes and follow-up to maximise conversion.
- Overseeing sales quotes through to completed projects with success.
- Writing and distributing the proper sales correspondence
- Building enduring connections with current clientele
- Prior experience in export sales is preferred, but not required because training is offered.
- Track record in sales or customer service.
- Track record of calculating, submitting, and submitting bids and tenders.
- Previous negotiation experience with customers or suppliers.
- Significant account management expertise with a track record of building connections.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Strong numerical abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
