We have an exciting new International Mobility Manager role available in Sydney, which will be responsible shaping and transforming our client’s Global Mobility function.

Key Focus of the role:
  • To spearhead a new transformation project APAC wide to help reshape the existing expatriate management & mobility function
  • Managing and mentoring the existing assignment management team to help improve service delivery for assignees across APAC

Role Responsibilities:
  • Leading the Global Mobility function across APAC, taking accountability for the Talent Mobility team’s performance
  • Innovating a brand-new Global Mobility program across the region, evaluating; amending; and redesigning the assignment management policies; procedures; and strategies
  • Taking onboard feedback from assignees; talent mobility team members; and stakeholders and incorporating that into the new strategies, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Building relationships and influencing key decision makers to ensure successful rollout across the region
  • Trying new things, taking risks (where appropriate) to give the Expatriate Management program an exciting edge
  • Assessing suppliers and vendors and making adjustments as necessary
  • Juggling many different projects and responsibilities at once

Experience Required:
  • Previous focus on business transformation within Global Mobility, helping to redesign and amend existing Global Mobility policies; strategies; and procedures
  • Strong International Mobility experience, within a large multinational company
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ensuring you can listen to the existing team’s input when making decisions to help best redesign the existing Global Mobility function
