Alchemy is seeking an experienced International Move Manager to join a leading name within the moving industry based in the South Holland region. The company is specialises in Private and Corporate specialist moves, and are looking for an individual with experience in the Moving industry to integrate into their busy team.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the entire moving process, assisting clients with their moving needs and dealing with any enquiries.
- Ensuring moves are completed smoothly by regularly liaising with clients and third parties to coordinate all stages of the move; including freight forwarders, customs agents and packers.
- Checking official documents for accuracy (e.g. passports, acceptance forms, customs checks).
- Regularly providing updates to senior members of the team regarding moves in progress and moves completed.
- Booking moves within budget to ensure maximum company profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the moving industry.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills.
