- To coordinate and reserve all services with internal partners, suppliers, and departments.
- The client's expectations are fulfilled, and consistently excellent service is given.
- Being the single point of contact for the customer's whole journey can help you better understand their needs and, in turn, their experience. You will be expected to uphold the highest levels of communication and customer service at all times.
- To guarantee that inquiries, bookings, and movements are handled promptly, with all necessary.
- Prior to processing, documentation was carefully examined.
- Quick response to rate requests and email inquiries.
- To meet the deadlines for accounting and transportation.
- Recognise sales opportunities, take full advantage of them, and upsell customers on additional goods and services.
- When processing documents, always adhere to company and legal requirements.
