An International Sales Representative is needed by our client, a German industry-leading moving and logistics company with over 100 years of history behind it.

This is a perfect opportunity to use and develop your sales skills.

Duties of the International Sales Representative role include, but are not limited to:
  • Conducting quick and accurate surveys for possible moving clients and providing prices for a variety of moving services the company offers.
  • Giving estimates for moving services to both new and existing customers in line with the company's price standards.
  • Frequently looking for networking opportunities with experts in the moving industry.
  • Keeping in touch with prospective clients in an effort to convert requests for quotes and orders into sales.
  • Serving as a client's point of contact, assisting with their moving and relocation needs, and immediately addressing inquiries and grievances regarding the moving and relocation process.
  • Other ad hoc tasks may also be expected of the International Sales Professional as needed.

Skills and Requirements of the International Sales Representative Position:
  • Fluency in both German and English required. 
  • Previous experience in the moving and relocation sector. 
  • Responding politely when a difficult client calls (in an agitated scenario etc.).
  • Teach people from your experience and knowledge.
  • Assisting others in their tasks when required.
  • Making decisions logically, sensibly, and carefully.
  • Getting along well with both your subordinates and peers.
  • Being adaptable.
  • Prioritising your work when planning and organising.
  • Completing all necessary duties on time.
  • Putting forth your best effort.
  • Recognising the client's requirements, formalise them, secure the client's approval, and then forward them to other departments (export/import, planning, etc.).
  • Demonstrating the capacity to assess and timely suggest the resources needed to meet clients' demands.
