We are looking for a creative and motivated International Sales Representative to join our well-respected moving and relocation company.  This employment requires you to be based in Michigan. 

This position is responsible for increasing its global client base by offering a variety of services such as commercial moves, automotive relocation, product transportation, production line transfers, warehouse material handling, tanks, machinery, and associated services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new commercial moving and relocation business possibilities in the worldwide market. 
  • Create plans for expanding into new sectors and markets.
  • Develop and cultivate connections with existing clients while constantly looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, addressing problems, and delivering quick solutions.
  • Create and implement sales strategies that are consistent with corporate objectives in order to reach and exceed sales targets. 
  • Work with the sales team to develop attractive proposals and presentations that are suited to the needs of the client.
  • Research the market to detect trends, competition actions, and market wants. 
  • Apply gathered data to fine-tune sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the services provided, such as commercial moves, automotive transportation, product logistics, production line transfers, warehouse materials handling, tanks, machinery, and so on. 
  • Develop your subject matter expertise to effectively articulate and show the value of these services to potential clients.
  • Lead client negotiations, create contracts, and close deals while adhering to corporate regulations and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and customer support to ensure flawless service delivery and surpass client expectations.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of international sales in the moving and relocation industry or adjacent industries.
  • Thorough understanding of global logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a similar discipline. 
  • The ability to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge with CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
