This role will oversee the delivery and implementation of new projects and technology solutions according to business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the customer/business and technology teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and model business needs and requirements.
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and other documentation essential for user experience and technical teams to execute development without ambiguity.
- Assist the product owner in making informed decisions and contribute to shaping the right product.
- Work closely with the technical lead/architect to design a technical framework that aligns with the desired business outcomes.
- Support the quality assurance team in developing test case scenarios, ensuring the overall solution meets quality standards and delivers a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetings, and contribute to the continuous improvement of process efficiency and quality.
- Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog.
- Ensure project and product objectives are met within scope, timeline, budget, and other constraints.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to business analysts and help establish best practices and standards for the organization's Business Analysis Center of Practice.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in the airline, hospitality, or retail industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Experience with AMOS system within an MRO environment is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in using Agile project/product management tools.
