The Logistics Sales Associate will be responsible for the management of internal Sales activities with the view to bring in revenue within the Diamond and Jewellery team.
The chosen individual will be a skilled communicator with fluent English & French language and a high level of business acumen. A good attitude is a beneficial, and you should possess great organisational abilities and the ability to think analytically.
Sales Associate Key Duties:
- Respond to phone and email requests for all Luxury Goods information from prospective and current clients.
- Follow up on incoming leads from the website and advertising with the goal of turning them into new business.
- Obtain the information required regarding the client's demands and record it as necessary.
- Provide quotations to prospective clients.
- Recognise business development opportunities.
- Upsell and promote other services.
- Achieve a satisfying client experience.
- Prospect for new business leads.
- Create the necessary sales lead tracking reports.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Maintain improvement through feedback.
- Assist with resolving client inquiries.
- Other administrative duties.
Skills and Experience:
- A skilled salesperson by nature.
- Previous experience conducting sales within Logistics and/or Luxury goods would be beneficial.
- Solid interpersonal abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Fluent English & French languages.
- IT proficiency using Microsoft Office.
- Well-organized with a clear sense of priorities.
