We are currently working with a San Diego, California-based moving and relocation firm that is looking to add a Sales Administration Manager to their expanding team. This position, which reports to the VP of national accounts business development, is primarily responsible for managing the national accounts sales procedures and assisting the sales force.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administration Manager role include, but are not limited to:
  • Achieve and strive to exceed the national account sales goals.
  • To increase efficiency and gain better insight into the tracking and reporting of pipelines and prospects for national account sales, promote the usage of their CRM.
  • Provide, distribute, and monitor sales reports that track key performance indicators for the national account sales team, including revenue per salesperson, order count per salesperson, revenue growth and profitability per account, and other pertinent information.
  • Oversee the writing of submissions to RFPs for national accounts on behalf of the customer, incorporating support staff as needed, in order to optimize the possibility of obtaining new national account business. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and external marketing consultant, overseeing the distribution of marketing resources, setting objectives, and endorsing strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute corporate events aimed at maintaining or elevating the clients' reputation.

Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in sales, sales management, or equivalent professional background.
  • Over five years of expertise in overseeing sales operations, team formation, training, and leadership within the Moving and Relocation sector.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology, with a focus on managing CRM systems.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, particularly in analyzing data and finances to inform strategic managerial decisions.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
