We currently are collaborating with a moving and relocation company in Austin, Texas, that is seeking to grow its staff by adding a Manager of Sales Administration. Managing the national accounts sales procedures and supporting the sales team are the main responsibilities of this role, which reports to the Vice President of National Accounts Business Development.

Responsibilities of the Manager of Sales Administration role include, but are not limited to:
  • Reach and aim for the national account sales targets.
  • Encourage the use of their CRM to boost productivity and obtain a greater understanding of the tracking and reporting of pipelines and prospects for national account sales.
  • Sales reports that measure the national account sales team's key performance indicators—such as revenue per salesperson, order count per salesperson, revenue growth and profitability per account, and other relevant data—should be provided, distributed, and monitored.
  • To maximize the likelihood of winning new national account business, oversee the development of submissions to RFPs for national accounts on behalf of the customer, involving support workers as necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the outside marketing consultant, directing the allocation of marketing materials, establishing goals, and endorsing tactics. 
  • Organize and carry out business gatherings to enhance or preserve the clients' reputation.

Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Holding a bachelor's degree in sales or sales management or having comparable work experience. 
  • More than five years of experience managing sales operations, building teams, providing training, and exercising leadership in the moving and relocation industry. 
  • Proven ability to regularly reach and exceed sales goals. 
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Adept in using technology; specializes in CRM system management. 
  • Outstanding analytical skills, especially when it comes to evaluating finances and data to support strategic management choices. 
  • Competent to operate both individually and in a team environment.
