This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic marketing leader to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales in the moving and storage business. The ideal applicant will be data-driven, creative, and hands-on, using platforms like HubSpot to optimize campaigns and improve market positioning.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and implement a thorough marketing strategy that aligns with the company's aims.
- Manage digital marketing strategies, including as content production, email campaigns, social media, and SEO.
- Manage marketing automation to monitor, evaluate, and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that marketing campaigns create leads and conversions.
- Create appealing marketing collateral, such as brochures, films, and case studies.
- Conduct market research to determine industry trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Create and manage a marketing budget that focuses on ROI.
- Support client presentations and help with RFPs.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage website optimization, email marketing, and social media presence.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience with a successful track record.
- Expertise in marketing automation and digital marketing techniques, such as email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to transform data into practical insights.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
- Prior expertise in the moving, logistics, or home services industries is beneficial.
