The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating international moves from start to finish for corporate clients & will be fully fluent in German. This role can be worked remotely anywhere in the UK, with occasional trips to the client office.
Duties and responsibilities include;
- Handling international household goods moves from the initial enquiry through to completion
- Acting as a sole point of contact for corporate accounts
- Ensure regular contact is maintained with client for the duration of the move
- Scheduling surveys and accurately organise requirements to complete the move
- Organising both import and export operations along with international household goods moving documentation
- Cross selling and coordinating the moving and relocation services when applicable
- Liaising with international shipping agents and coordinating air, road and sea freight
Key Skills for the Move Consultant:
- Fluency in German & English (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills via email and telephone
- Previous experience working in the Removals and Relocation sector
- Computer literate using MS office packages
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Personally organised – can manage a number of activities at any one time
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem solve
