Responsibilities of the Move Manager will include:
- Be responsible for the delivery of moving services to the removal companies’ clients.
- Work alongside other internal departments to arrange removal sales visits.
- Supervising existing and future client removals and removal bookings.
- Serving as a point of contact and assistance for clients as they prepare for their move.
- Assisting sales, operations, staff members, agents, third parties, and the moving consumer.
- Negotiating pricing with third parties to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Providing prompt and excellent service.
- Customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Providing a high-quality, efficient, and effective moving service.
- Other responsibilities include relocation and move management.
The ideal Move Manager will:
- Have previous work experience in the removals sector (desirable).
- Excellent telephone technique and customer service abilities.
- A positive attitude toward work and initiatives that is driven, passionate, and upbeat.
- Be an Effective multitasker.
- Have a friendly and personable manner.
