Our client, a prominent moving and relocation service provider in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Moving Sales Representative to join their team.

They are looking for a proactive and results-driven COD and Commercial Salesperson to join their team. They specialize in providing high-quality, personalized moving solutions for both residential and commercial clients. 

Responsibilities:
Cash on Delivery

  • Recognize and exploit possibilities to broaden the customer base for COD transactions.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to reach and exceed COD transaction goals.
  • Engage with potential clients actively by providing information about their services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
  • Cultivate and nurture existing client connections, assuring satisfaction and encouraging future business opportunities.


Commercial Sales

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with commercial clients, such as businesses, corporations, and institutions, in order to promote their moving and relocation services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to discover possible commercial clients and assess their moving needs.
  • Create and offer unique concepts and solutions to satisfy the specific needs of commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee the smooth execution and delivery of services for commercial movements.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with commercial clients in order to secure long-term partnerships and recurring business.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales expertise in COD and commercial sales in the moving, logistics, or allied industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities, as well as the ability to successfully communicate services' value proposition to commercial clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many sales leads and transactions at the same time.
  • Knowledge of CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • It is advantageous to be familiar with COD processes and procedures in the moving or transportation industry.
