This senior leadership position is based in Auckland and requires a strategic professional with a strong background in records management, sales, and operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in business development while ensuring seamless operational performance across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and profit targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the records management and digital information sectors.
- Oversee operational processes to drive efficiency, quality improvements, and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring staff growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal business units to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Drive the development of additional revenue streams, including 3PL and 4PL solutions.
- Manage and respond to RFPs and tender opportunities to secure new business contracts.
- Utilise technology and digital solutions to optimise document management services.
Requirements:
