They are looking for an experienced O&I Operations Manager to complement their existing team.
Responsibilities:
- Offer operational sales support such as strategy formulation, solution architecture, presentation assistance, statements of work, pricing, proposals, contracting, and execution.
- Manage and supervise coordination and administration to provide a smooth, controlled and efficient client experience and business process.
- Responsible for ensuring that the commercial portfolio's SLAs and deliverables are met.
- Develop, implement, and monitor company service operational standards and processes.
- Create, implement, and manage company Project Management standards and processes.
- In accordance with the Strategic Plan, promote operational quality, integration, and innovation.
- Establish internal and external quality and customer satisfaction measures.
- Enhance and strengthen Infrastructure for commercial moving solutions that encourage growth and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or five to seven years related Industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Capability to prioritise and re-prioritize when circumstances and requirements change during the workday.
- Multitasking and workflow organisation skills are required to manage daily duties, satisfy deadlines, and prioritise work.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through.
- Capacity to work within schedule constraints and deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to operate alone and with minimal supervision.
