Being an essential member of the team, you will be in charge of overseeing employees, managing daily operations, making sure clients are satisfied, and managing the company's relocation services portfolio.
Responsibilities for the Relocation Coordinator role include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluating needs in light of relocation survey data and effectively allocating staff and resources.
- Keeping an eye on daily activities included in the relocation schedule to make sure everything get done on time.
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed for every relocation project.
- Tracking worker arrival times, handling problems, and keeping an eye on duties.
- Supporting move managers with cost estimates.
- Maintaining tight coordination with different internal departments to guarantee the smooth execution of relocations.
- Coordinating schedules for third-party involvement and external personnel where necessary.
- Overseeing the movement of shipments arriving and departing the relocation site.
- Completing additional ad hoc tasks as needed
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in operations coordination in the relocation industry.
- Strong Microsoft Suite proficiency.
- Both German and English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with third parties and internal divisions.
