Responsibilities:
- Delivering sales, operations, and marketing support.
- Daily inventory control, which includes maintaining, ordering, packing and shipping.
- Overall control over the office and showroom, including overseeing equipment upkeep.
- Distributing newsletters, press releases, and emails.
- Arranging travel, handling spending, and setting up meetings on the management's behalf.
- Creating and keeping a team calendar with important events and dates.
- Scheduling invoices and shipments and storing records on disc.
- Providing administrative support company wide.
- CRM: proposing measures to increase sales by utilising the client database.
- Submitting mailer layouts and content for management approval.
- Submitting weekly reports and updates to management regarding deliverables.
- Serving as the company’s brand ambassador and advancing the company's marketing.
- Conduct market research and suggest fresh concepts.
- Ensuring that assignments are delivered on schedule by following up with relevant parties.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position within a design, art or architect organisation.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and other data management software.
- InDesign or Photoshop experience, bonus.
- Native/fluent in English, other languages bonus.
