Alchemy is assisting a highly respected moving company in New York with their search for an Outside Moving Salesperson.

As an Outside Moving Salesperson, you’ll be driving sales across NYC's five boroughs, playing a key role in acquiring clients, creating new partnerships, and boosting revenue.

Responsibilities of the Outside Moving Salesperson include:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals, leveraging market trends and data insights.
  • Prospect, qualify and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Provide tailored solutions and expert advice to meet client needs.
  • Present compelling value propositions, negotiate contracts, and secure lucrative deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance sales tactics and materials.
  • Participate in industry events to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Maintain and upsell existing client relationships for continuous revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate informative weekly reports.
  • Regularly update managers on pipeline status, growth opportunities, and account management.
  • Contribute to monthly revenue optimization meetings and billing discussions.

Skills and qualifications required:
  • Three or more years of demonstrable sales experience, ideally in the business moving sector.
  • A demonstrated history of surpassing customer expectations and sales targets. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities paired with a strategic outlook. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities with a rapid ability to establish rapport and trust. 
  • Expertise with CRM software and ease with a range of sales tools and technologies. 
  • The capacity to work autonomously, outstanding time management, and strategically prioritise objectives. 
  • Willing to travel for business meetings and industry events 
  • A progressive, entrepreneurial mindset combined with a sincere enthusiasm for the commercial moving sector.
