Our client is a leading Relocation Management Company seeking a Project Manager to spearhead a key project within their Moves Department. This project will be focused on transforming the business processes used for pricing, using a new technology based pricing tool.

This role can be based anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of all project deliverables, including the Single Pricing Tool, pricing and costing governance, and management KPIs. 
  • Managing the project team and resources, including weekly meetings, evaluations, and other activities.
  • Handling stakeholders across the international business network and business operations, including local end users, leadership at the regional and board levels, and outside suppliers and providers.
  • Compiling, converting, and managing the delivery of all business requirements into project plans.
  • Following the project guidelines to ensure that values are upheld throughout project execution.
  • Driving task completion, coordinating solutions and proposals, and obtaining authorisation from key stakeholders.
  • Risk management, including recognising and flagging any problems and informing firm owners and other stakeholders of such risks.
  • Implementing of tool and related procedures through efficient change network management and coordination of the production of supplemental training materials.
  • Coordination and delivery of initial and continuous virtual training to users worldwide in collaboration with the project team.

Requirements:
  • Track record of effectively delivering business solutions of a similar nature.
  • The capability to drive a project, including scoping, viability and problem solving.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including experience communicating across business disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and development including Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of accounting and pricing rules.
  • Solid communication, training delivery, and change management abilities.
