Responsibilities for the Project Manager role include, but are not limited to:
- Being in charge of organizing Office and Industrial movements, including quality control, personnel, equipment, and outsourced services, from the pre-move walkthrough until the move's completion.
- Maintaining firm moving equipment and client work sites in excellent condition is another responsibility, as is supervising employees, including other supervisors, at commercial move sites. Monitoring equipment use to ensure proper usage and applications.
- They will collaborate closely with the operations manager to train, assess, and create plans for staff corrective action. They will also help with distribution service processes and backup.
- Organizes all O&I physical movements with the appropriate personnel and equipment to guarantee a safe and effective operation.
The Ideal Project Manager will have:
- Experience in Office and Industrial moves.
- Familiarity with move proposals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and timekeeping skills.
