Our client is looking for a Property Coordinator that will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of properties with consistent high-quality service, maximising sale prices and ensuring both company and client requirements are met.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- The role will be fully office based in Basingstoke, Monday - Friday
- Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
- 25 Days Holiday
- 7% employer & 3% employee pension scheme
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, be able to coordinate multiple contracts at one time, and ensure excellent client management skills.
You will also be excellent at organising your workload and managing your time efficiently.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of the property market; Tenancy negotiation or Lettings coordination experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Strong customer and client service skills
- Organised and methodical with the ability to manage a large caseload
- Market research skills
What are the duties and responsibilities?
- Serving as first point of contact to employees regarding their property and assisting with their relocation needs
- Research the most appropriate agents to be instructed on properties
- Negotiating with estate agents on tenancy leases
- Coordinate with external vendors on other areas of relocation support as required
- Support the relocation consultants when necessary
- Be the expert on the property sector for any queries from internal staff and clients
- Full scope property administration including pre and post-sale
- Manage and appoint suppliers ensuring a streamlined coordination process
- Prepare weekly reports for clients and management team
- Manage supplier invoices, maintain client fund and spreadsheets and deal with proceeds of sale to and from solicitors
