We are partnering with a leading corporate hospitality provider to support their search for a Property Manager to join their team.
The Property Manager will have overall responsibility for the effective management of a large, high-end property in Frankfurt.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the property budget, including profit and loss and revenue management strategy
- Create monthly forecasts in line with revenue projections, ensuring the property is in line to meet or exceed set Gross Operating Profit targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction, maintenance requirements and operational activities are compliant with the company’s guidelines and procedures
- Take charge of resolving customer complaints
- Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives for the property
- Implement improvements based on feedback from customer satisfaction indicators
- Manage maintenance programs and any 3rd party maintenance or service contracts related to the property
- Implement policies and procedures for the property
- Participate in sales efforts for key corporate accounts and long stay partners
- Stay up to date with industry trends through proactive research and visits to competitor properties
- Develop a strong network within the hospitality industry in order to promote the property
- Manage a team of staff, including supporting the continuous development of team members within their careers and the company
- Accurately process monthly payroll as required
- Engage in sustainability initiatives set by the group
- · Property management experience within the hospitality industry or high-end hotels
- Competent in managing property’s Profit and Loss, budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
- Experienced leader with the ability to motivate a team to achieve high levels of performance
- Effective communicator and problem solver
- Fluency in English and German is essential
