The successful candidate will play a key part in the Customer Service team making sure that every client and Customer has 1st class service.
The role will run a 4 on 4 off rota from 9am - 8pm
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Respond to customer and client enquiries regarding move in and out
- Assist with all property duties, including inspections and reporting
- Meet and greet with all guests
- Identifying of any property issues and assisting the client to rectify these
- Work with clients to ensure an accurate booking process
- Providing an efficient and positive customer experience
- Manage inventory control
- Previous experience in Customer Services or Guest Services
- Experience within the Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate or Relocation Industries
- Demonstrated history of Multitasking
- Excellent Microsoft package skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to learn
- Conflict resolution skills would be advantageous
