The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Customer Service team.
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Respond to customer and client enquiries regarding move in and out
- Assist with all property duties, including inspections and reporting whilst working with contractors to rectify these.
- Work with clients to ensure an accurate booking process
- Manage inventory control
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Services or Guest Services
- Experience within the Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate or Relocation sectors
- Demonstrated history of multitasking
- Excellent Microsoft package skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
