You must have a proven track record in Channel Sales, and be a strong relationship builder and communicator.
Responsibilities;
- Create new business opportunities, and revive the partner and sales industries.
- Monitor if local or market-specific partners offer the most income possibility.
- Identify gaps and offer suggested fixes to clients.
- Closely connect with Regional Sales Leadership.
- Support regional partner marketing, and build a positive and fruitful connection with the marketing team.
- Deliver in accordance with each partner's growth goals.
- Provide a reliable prediction to anticipate business implications.
- Give guidance on how to handle partner relationships.
- Negotiate conventional contract clauses and be aware of non-negotiables.
- Locate and escalates problems with partner contracts.
- Manages potential conflict to achieve success.
- Generate revenue growth, secure and carry out partner plans with each important partner.
- Assist in the onboarding, and training of team members.
- Native Japanese & Fluent English is essential.
- 10+ Years experience in either partnering or account sales.
- Proven track record of developing Enterprise partners in the Technology, or Software sales industry.
- Ability to prioritize work load.
- Collaborative communicator, and team member.
- Motivated and self-starting individual.
- Impressive Presentation Skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Macro Business Impacts.
