Responsibilities:
- Coordination of relocation services (national/international)
- Central contact person and interface between the international companies, their employees and the local relocation consultants
- Cooperation with the authorities and offices involved
- Individual advice and independent customer support throughout the entire process
- Order processing end-to-end as well as ensuring quality standards and monitoring of the entire process
- Maintenance of all relevant data in our assignment management system
Skills & Experience:
- Professional experience in the field of global mobility, relocation, HR or other service areas such as customer support, project coordination or business administration
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High degree of service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and independent work
- Team player
